What is shilajit?

Shilajit is a naturally occurring, mineral-rich substance that forms over long periods inside high-altitude rock. It has been used in traditional Ayurvedic practice for centuries. Element 003 uses purified shilajit resin sourced from the Karakoram range.

What is in Element 003?

The primary ingredients are purified shilajit resin, distilled water, Manuka honey, saffron, tulsi (holy basil) and rose. The blend is completed with a traditional Ayurvedic combination of Swarna Bhasma, Diamond Bhasma, blue lotus, jatamansi, Ashta Varga orchid and Amritam blend. The full list is printed on the carton.

How do I take it?

Take 1–2 full dropperfuls, up to three times a day. Straight, or in water, tea, coffee or a smoothie. One full dropper holds 0.7 mL. Consistency matters more than the hour.

When should I take it?

Whenever you will reliably remember. Many people fold it into a morning routine and keep a second and third moment through the day.

What does it taste like?

Mineral depth first, then a soft honeyed warmth from the Manuka, a subtle botanical lift from the tulsi and saffron, and a bright, lightly tart finish. It is designed to be pleasant taken on its own — unlike raw resin.

How long does a bottle last?

About a month. Two weeks if you take it three times a day. A bottle holds 30 mL, which is about 42 full dropperfuls.

Why liquid rather than resin or capsules?

Liquid is pre-measured, mixes cleanly into water or tea, and requires no scraping, warming or dissolving by hand. This is a difference in format and handling, not a claim about effect.

Is it safe to take every day?

Element 003 is a food supplement intended for daily use as directed. It is not intended for children. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak with your healthcare provider before use.

How should I store it?

Keep the bottle closed, upright, out of direct sunlight and away from heat. The Miron violet glass is UV-protective, so no additional light protection is needed.

How is it packaged?

30 mL Miron violet glass with a DIN18 dropper, in an FSC-certified washi-textured carton. Plastic-free, unlaminated, printed with soy and vegetable inks. The bottle is designed to be refilled rather than replaced.
