Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on orders over $75. Below that, the rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates

Estimates begin from dispatch, not from the moment you order.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, with tracking where the service provides it.

Packaging

Element 003 ships in its FSC-certified carton inside protective outer packaging. Our packaging is plastic-free.

Customs and duties

International orders may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. [Confirm before publishing.]

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, write to us immediately at vivaradrops@gmail.com — we can usually correct it before dispatch.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, write to us with your order number and, where relevant, a photograph. See our refund policy for how we resolve it.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow the same dispatch and delivery terms. You can change, pause or cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us.
